Smart Letting Solutions is the creation of Lance Robertson who has over 20 years experience in the residential lettings industry. Having worked in letting agencies across South Wales throughout the majority of his career Lance has first hand knowledge of the demands placed on Landlords and Letting Agents, and understands the need for quality services to give Clients the support they need in their day-to-day management of a rental property. Lance was previously Head Of Lettings at both Hern & Crabtree and Clee Tompkinson Francis so has extensive knowledge of both the Cardiff and Swansea rental markets.
Lance is a member of ARLA and has given valuable support and advice to many Landlords over his time as a Residential Letting Agent, often solving complex and difficult tenancy related issues without the need for costly legal action. Here is what Lance has to say about Smart Lettings Solutions:
