ARLA Propertymark Accredited Inventories

A professional inventory at the start of any tenancy is important to ensure that the condition of the property is formally noted before Contract Holders take occupation, and to refer back to at the end of the tenancy when the time comes to deal with the tenancy deposit return. Also as part of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 all Landlords must provide their Contract Holder with an Inventory as part of the check in process.

When selecting our Inventories service you are choosing an ARLA Propertymark Accredited Inventory, using cutting edge software to ensure a comprehensive, accurate and reliable inventory document to give you that complete peace of mind.

Without a professional quality inventory Landlords and Letting Agents are unlikely to be able to recover any costs from the tenancy deposit so its vital that this document is prepared and issued to the Contract Holder at the commencement of their tenancy. Our cutting edge inventory software allows everything to be done digitally including the option for the Contract Holder to add their own comments and photos to the report, before signing the document electronically after which it is automatically emailed back to the Agent/Landlord.

All our inventories include photographs and text, with all defects noted within the document and meter readings taken and dated. We are also able to provide a Legionella Assessment as part of the inventory process to ensure that you are compliant with all current regulations.

Inventories priced as below:
1-3 Bedrooms: £80.00
4+ Bedrooms: £90.00
