Our Services
We aim to provide a total letting solution service which can include ARLA Inventories, Routine Inspections, Checkout Inspections, EPC’s, Residential Property Cleaning including end of tenancy cleaning, property maintenance and legal compliance advice in line with the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016. All our services are available individually or packaged up together, especially our bronze, silver and gold cleaning packages which can include checkout inspections and inventories. The services we provide are designed to compliment the in house services that Letting Agents already provide to Landlords, so we are able to assist at times when Agents are pressed for time, or maybe a little under resourced. Having worked as Letting Agents in the past we understand the need for prompt, reliable service to ensure that properties are well maintained, and can be relet as quickly as possible after Contract Holders have vacated.
We are also able to advise on compliance matters when we attend any property including the Renting Homes Wales Act 2016 Fitness for Human Habitation guidelines to ensure that your property is safe for Contract Holders and meets all the requirements of the Act.
